Important Anaphylaxis and Allergies Information
All students diagnosed with Anaphylaxis and Allergies must have an Action Plan signed by the treating doctor including a photograph of the student.

In addition;
An individual Anaphylaxis and Allergy Risk Minimisation plan for each student diagnosed with allergies will be developed in consultation with the student’s parents, once the Action Plan has been received.
The Student Anaphylaxis and Allergy Risk Minimisation Plan includes details on how the school will provide support, identify specific strategies and allocate staff to assist the student.
