Enrolment Information
An Enrolment Application Form must be completed for each student applying for a position at MacKillop College. Applicants may be required to attend an interview at the College prior to commencement.
Applications for Enrolment to Year 7 2026 close Friday 16 August 2024.
Offers have been emailed to families of prospective applicants on Friday 18 October 2024.

MacKillop College is zoned therefore applications cannot be accepted from residents outside the Werribee Parish (the exception being applicants with current or past siblings enrolled at the College). Please refer to the Enrolment policy. If you are unsure of your eligibility please contact the Registrar (contact form) or view the MacKillop Zones section on this website.

When enrolled at the College, students and parents/carers are bound by the regulations and expectations authorised and initiated by the Principal as detailed in the Parent & Student Information Guide. Parents/carers are expected to encourage their children to observe these rules and regulations in order to strengthen the well being of the school community.

Bus costs will be charged in full in the first two weeks of the school year and are payable in full upon receipt of the invoice. Sibling discounts apply.

Tuition Fee is a per student fee dependent upon the student’s year level.
The Faculty Resource Levy is a per student compulsory fee which covers a range of resources and materials provided to students. Part of the charge is used to produce ‘in-house’ materials to eliminate the need to purchase some additional textbooks.
The Capital Development Fee is an annual compulsory per family fee to assist with the ongoing capital requirements of the College.
Family Sibling Discount
Discounts automatically apply when two or more siblings are students at the College. The discount is applied to the Tuition component of the youngest student only, except where the number of students in a family exceeds four.
Two Student family 20% off Tuition of 2nd sibling only
Three Student family 30% off Tuition of 3rd sibling only
Four Student family 100% off Tuition of 4th and subsequent sibling(s)
One discount is applicable per family and applies to students attending MacKillop College only.
Instrumental Music Lessons are an extra-Curricular optional program charged separately. Fees are due and payable 14 days prior to the commencement of each term.
