SACCSS Year 8 Girls Netball champions – 17 November

A huge congratulations to the Year 8 Girls Netball team who defeated archrivals Salesian College in the Grand Final at Eagle Stadium yesterday.
The girls led from start to finish, ending up with a comfortable five goal victory after leading by eleven at three quarter time. They are the only female team in the school to win a Premier League Grand Final this year and ended Salesian’s dominance after they had won every other Netball premiership in 2022.
Well done to the coach Ms Gadd, and the following students who were all part of the squad throughout the season –
