SACCSS Swimming
On Tuesday 29 March, 37 students represented MacKillop at the annual SACCSS Swimming Carnival at MSAC in Albert Park.
At the end of 192 events, MacKillop were successful in winning the Junior Boys and Junior Aggregate divisions and finished second in the Junior Girls and Senior Girls.
The individual highlights of the day were undoubtedly the performances of Year 8 students Tanami Murdock and Ben Hayler who won the champions’ medal in their respective age groups.

Tanami Murdock (Year 8) – 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke, 100m Freestyle
Ben Hayler (Year 8) – 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke

Jonathan Palma (Year 9) – 50m Freestyle, 100m Freestyle
Anastasia Kusmawan (Year 12) – 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke
Cooper Dixon (Year 9) – 50m Backstroke
Cailey Dixon (Year 12) – 50m Backstroke
Isabella Keogh (Year 10) – 50m Breaststroke
